Not bad. Better than most of the drivel he's been churning out over the past several albums. I wouldn't be mad at a bit more bottom and thump in that bassline, though.

A poser ? He plays as many instruments as Prince and most at a very high level. He sings in about 5 different voices . He plays funk, rock, soul, dance , and has made at least 4 perfect records. He's great live and is well respected by his peers. When he made Let Love Rule, the sound and style he brought out were the furthest thing from what was considered 'in' at the time. So , how exactly can you call the guy a poser.

yep, I absofuckinglutely love it. Sounds groovy, sexy, has a good beat and you can dance to it. Better than I could have imagined. And nobody gets an automatic pass from me.

Now, no offense to the original poster, but people could you please stop your whining about this funk album you've supposedly been promised! Get over it and move on with your lives!

Like most artist/musicians, Prince has missed the mark from time to time. Mr. Kravitz (IMHO) hasn't even hit the dart board. We like who we like.
