One thing I have to give to Snoop...
He knows how to walk the line between commercial and staying true to his artform. His music isn't groundbreaking or revolutionary, but I find it better than 3/4 of his contemporaries (such as the awful new Chris Brown cd). It's catchy and well produced stuff. So yeah, I like it. Mostly the singles that have been released, but everything is worth a listen. For a guy who puts out an album every year, he's pretty good. | |
