YO!!! "You Give Good Love (Extended Version)"????? I don't see that on the deluxe edition either! That's my favorite song of hers and I have not been able to find Whitney Houston's debut (a blessing to some) so it makes sense that a new edition was being released. I really wish that extended version was on there!!

I know the singles, but never heard the album in full. Isn't it very dull, even though it's supposedly her most celebrated album after Bodyguard by both fans and critics?

Almost the whole album was released as a single. Seriously though, I assume you know these ones: You Give Good Love Saving All My Love for You How Will I Know Greatest Love of All The remaining tracks are all pretty good, but I can see how some people would call it a little boring. "All at Once" is a standout and one of her very best power ballads. You can tell Jeffrey Osborne co-wrote it (and I mean that in a good way ). The duets are all good (if unspectacular). "Hold Me" with the late, great Teddy P is sweet. As for the two duets with Jermaine Jackson, I prefer "Take Good Care of My Heart" over "Nobody Loves Me Like You Do," but both are nice. I can see why those two sang together so much. I could've seen them trying an album in the vein of Diana & Marvin, but I guess Whitney quickly grew to big for that. The debut is still Whitney's strongest album (by far) IMO. There isn't a bad track. I'm Your Baby Tonight would be my runner-up. "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

I love how orgers have to add "no seriously" to basically any statement of praise towards Whitney now

I actually know "All At Once" as well, because it's on The Greatest Hits. I guess I like her voice in the first album singles, but "How Will I Know", I find it so corny and overrated... So you suggest checking out the rest of the album anyway?
