What do you think about this album? Straight Jacket Funk Affair

Checkout Diana Ross's - "Surrender" album, excellent. "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" is on this album too.

What do you think about this album? EVERYONE that half-way even likes Diana needs the "Diana" album that Chic did. That album is her best to me. Much better than The Boss (which is good also). **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

Hey What do you think of this track from the "To the baby" album? Very sweet. The horn at the end reminded me of Bacharach a little. This is a side of Diana I don’t know well. Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off

Hey What do you think of this track from the "To the baby" album? Ms. Ross has "smart" looking family. That's a nice song nice... I think I'll try to learn to play that on my guitar. Thanks SunnySkies for posting this.

Motown needs to open those vault doors and keep them open "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

WTF? I didn't know that,,,,,more reason to dismiss as the grammys Yep, the Grammy Awards are a joke and they've always have been. I've always thought they've ignored Ms. Ross because of her reputation of being a bitch and what went down with the Supremes, "they" don't like her. Ms. Ross "attitude" as far as I'm concerned is neither here or there, did she record some excellent songs/albums/music? Yes. They'll probably throw her a bone, "Life Achievement Award" when she's hobblin' on two canes. I'd tell them not to bother, keep it.

Really? Is that true? Not even with The Supremes? I would have thought she had at least one. I'm not a huge Diana fan. Her voice only appeals to me on certain songs like. I tend to like some vocal dynamics and Diana's dynamics are quite low to me. That is, she sounds pretty much the same, vocally, from one song to the next. I do love some Diana remixes though. I have about 33 Diana songs on my zune, so I like something I'm hearing (smile).

Thats funny,,,,Babs is famous for the same attitude, but she gets considered a "shrewd business woman" The hypocrisy of those people make my stomach flips.
