Janet let NSync be the opening act for her 'Velvet Rope' tour which really helped the band cross over here to different audiences here in the states; and, Janet guest spotted on 'Justified' so Justin should continue to apologize to her until she tells him to stop as far as I'm concerned. It can be 2020 and he should still be apologizing to her for not standing behind her after that incident because he owes her big time. He's was apologizing to Janet when he was promoting 'FutureSex/LoveSounds' so it's not like he ever really stopped. I actually like Justin, but was disappointed that he didn't stick up for Janet more in the end. I don't hate the man like soo many individuals on here do...people act like dude tripped their mom, kicked her, than spit on her from the posts I've read. The guy isn't Hitler, damn.

In the end, I think the performance was something that both of them planned, but something went terribly wrong and 'wardrobe malfunction' was the most spot-on explanation for it that I have ever heard because that's what I believe it truly was. I don't blame either of them...I blame all the overly-conservative assholes who got offended by the most natural of things. Shit happens..this was not the first nipple slip to be televised and sure won't be the last...plus it was 5 years ago so why the fuck are people still mad about this shit?

Honestly, I think even if the performance had not happened that way people would still hate Justin because some media outlets dubbed him the 'new king of pop' after his first solo MTV VMA performance even though Justin has said that he never wanted the title nor did he want his debut solo album to be labeled 'pop'. He's never tried to take Michael's crown...the media handed it to him and he gave it right back to them. He's far from being the most untalented young artist out there, yet many of his less talented peers get loads of praise here on the .org for some oddball reason.

Sorry, but if anyone praises Britney, Rihanna, or any other 'image with a soundtrack' than I'm seriously confused about the Justin hate because at least he can play more than one instrument, sing live, write and produce songs, and is a decent comedic actor....not even Beyonce can do half of this and people want to call her a damn icon. Justin may have prick-ish ways, but what fuckin' celebrity doesn't? All just my ...you may continue the Justin hate-fest now; gives me something to laugh at

I don't think some people understand that pop stars do these things called interviews where they are required to answer questions. Justin has not gone out of his way to talk about this.
