Actually, 'Changes' is not a remix of 'I Wonder If Heaven Got A Ghetto', even though they contain some of the same lyrics.

The original unreleased version of 'Changes' finally leaked to the internet just this last July after being coveted by Tupac bootleg collectors for years.

Interesting to note the vocal of sample of Run-DMC "It's like that...and that's the way it is"

There's also some additional adlibs from 'Pac towards that were cut out of the released mix, and the refrain towards the end of "Clap ya hands if ya feel it, come on" which sounds cool.
