Valentines Super Love Jam/Super Oldies concerts

I got my front row tickets already lol The show in my city takes place on Friday February 5th and this is the line-up...

The Manhattans
Bloodstone
Tierra
Percy Sledge
The Impressions
Peaches And Herb
Gene Chandler
Barbara Lewis
Sly,Slick and Wicked

I have to admit, this isn't one of the strongest line-ups.Don't get me wrong,I like all of the artists that are playing, but this line-up needs a few more 'uptempo' acts.Last year,we had GQ,Mary Jane Girls,Zapp and Heatwave, which worked out fine since all of those acts have uptempo jams that got the crowd on their feet.It wasn't just a "ballad fest".These shows are alot of fun when the line-up is balanced just right.

Fresno,California is getting a much better line-up on February 13th:

Zapp
Rose Royce
GQ
Bloodstone
JoJo of the Mary Jane Girls
Barbara Lewis
The Fuzz
Sly,Slick and Wicked

Sacramento,California...your show is on Saturday February 6th,with this line-up:

The Manhattans
The Impressions
Peaches And Herb
Bloodstone
Gene Chandler
Tierra
Barbara Lewis
Sly,Slick and Wicked

the Bakersfield,California show is on Friday,February 12th,featuring these acts...

Zapp
Rose Royce
GQ
Bloodstone
Barbara Lewis
Sly,Slick and Wicked
Sophia Maria
MC Magic

SoulAlive

memorable moments from past shows...

JoJo wearing a tiny dress that she had to keep "adjusting",lol. She joked that she is having her own wardrobe malfunction lol

Zapp performing "Computer Love" in 2007.To be honest,I didn't think they could pull it off without Roger, but their performance was superb. They kicked ass!
