I remember Portrait very well.
They were the group that came out in the Boyz II Men/Jodeci era (which shut down Color Me Badd era, but that's another thread! Too bad Portrait only lasted 2 albums. | |

In the midst of the release of their second album,the lead
singer left to go solo.That went well.Never heard from him and they replaced him with a guy who looked practically just like him.Both of their albums were good imo. I liked these guys better than all the glut of r&b vocal groups that came out in the early nineties. Don't laugh at my funk
