Everyone of those acts has a shot of being inducted.

These are the years where hip-hop acts are gonna start dominating the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

Last year, Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five were inducted.

Early this year, RUN-DMC was inducted.

I think LL Cool J could get in next year.

So, you're really gonna start seeing Hip-Hop come in the Hall in a big way soon.

Hmm, this is gonna be just like the late 80s and early 90s. Tryin' to seperate hip-hop from the mainstream (R&RHF = mainstream this time ...)

Flash is already in. They were the first Rap Act to get inducted last year. I'm not sure about Kurtis getting in, though.

Nope, Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five were the First Hip-Hop Act to be inducted in the Hall of Fame last year in early '08.

Run-DMC was inducted early this year.

The Roots are a snore fest.
Thee ONLY consideration from me would be KRS-1, maybe PE, Outkast and Run DMC.

These seem most likely. Rock audience crossover appeal seems to be a big part of being inducted.
