They could have at least given her Pop Female or R&B Female.

The embarassing thing is that they moved up the album to 8/31 because of the Grammy deadline.

You Stan for Beyonce.

I'm not a "Stan" for Beyonce. I don't even own any of the woman's albums. I just think that people here spend too much time talking about her if they claim they don't like her.

If I was a Beyonce Stan. What the hell does that have to do with this overreaction over Whitney being snubbed?

She's got 6 other Grammys.

You're outrage is at a 10, when it needs to be at like a 2.

Are you sure Whitney was even eligible for any Grammy nominations this year? Historically, the Grammys took into consideration all recordings released between October 1st of the previous year and September 30th of the nominating year. But since the Oscars moved up their schedule a month earlier, causing the Grammys to do likewise, I believe that the period for determining potential nominations ended on August 31st. Was her album released in time?

Her album was released on August 28th, so yeah it was definitely released in time. At least we can look back and think about how she was knocking things out the ball park at these award shows back in '93 and '94 when the Bodyguard came out.

A pretty sad list as always a lack of "looking" around. I think U2 should have been in the album of the year category, and should be a sinch for a victory in Rock. Maxwell might be this years Billy Joel, up for alot winning nothing, though i think Maxwell will take the RB album award and maybe another, but those arent even televised, i dont see him having a chance for the song award. Whats with Best New Artist? None of them even warrant a nomination and technically Keri Hilson was featured on tracks prior to this year, so the double standard once again pops up. And as usual one good thing, FINALLY PRINCE gets a nom in ROCK!!! finally, he wont win, but he got one, and thank god nothing for MPLSound. And nice to see Hall and Oates up, it would be nice to give them something.
