I love her but she needs to do her own thing, the corporate took her over on the last record and hurt her big time creativley imo. Those songs did nothing for her other than Circus and Living Proof wich sounded like something she would record.

I think she is one of the most interesting artist today and i KNOW she does'nt have a POWERFUL voice like Patti LaBelle but she brings something fresh and new to the game. I'm so glad she's signed to a NEW label via Interscope under the front man for Black Eyed Peas....She has a new CD coming in 2010 and she says she's excited and i'm happy for her and can't wait.

I think she's great. I didn't really start following her until Tasty which I thought was fantastic. But I thought she out did herself with Kelis Was Here. I don't understand all the hate for it. Bossy was kind of pandering but the rest is great. I thought it was really varied, especially for current R & B, and all very well done. I think she also has a really engaging personality and unique singing voice. Acapella is really cool and I hope it's a signal of what's to come. I think she's waaay underrated and should be much more famous than she is.
