How does coming from the most famous family of music have to do with her image? It has nothing to do with it. Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis weren't hott producer before they met Janet. That also has nothing to do with her image. They became hott after Control went big. She's not manufactured. Her image evolved just like her music. In a way it was like her listeners grew up with her because her image fitted what she was going through in her life. Rihanna and Britney Spears is what you call manufactured. How do you go from Caribbean girl singing reggae music with no sense of style to a fashion queen with edgier music? It's all BS>
