VLC Player has a Wizard that extras or converts files. I've used it for this purpose, and it's worked fine. | |

RealPlayer has a conversion tool now, also.
If you don't want to use the conversion tool, you could always burn a flv to an audio cd and re-rip the file using RealPlayer. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-
