Anyone enjoy this guy? Any word a new album? I've really been digging him as of late. Lots of neo-soul artists like Dwele, D'Angelo and others really love to use the keyboards, but I think Kem may be one of the most proficient at doing it... many of his songs are mostly voice and keys with spark instrumentation dispersed throughout. It gives him a unique sound.

I love Kem!!! My mom said he's a modern day Al Jarreau, but Al Jarreau gets on my nerves after about 20 minutes, but I can listen to Kem all day long. He has a very romantic and classy flow. I've seen him live, he really knows how to put on a show too. I think he used to be homeless before he hit it big, and at all his shows he always tells how thankful he is to have his career knowing all the things he has been through. When I saw him in concert in June, I know he said that he has a new album coming out in 2010. He even played a couple of songs that will be on the album and they were on point
