Were you just eye balling it?

Yes, I guess you could say. Rachel Ray has a nice big ass and she was shaking it. booty! I guess you could say she's a fan of Hall and Oates as they performed live on her show. She promoted their new box set. thumbs up!

You do realize that "eye ball it" is a phrase she uses as much as "yum-o".

everyone looked like that back in the late 70's or very early 80's. Look at Human League, or Duran Duran. They had more makeup than Maybelline.

How many of you have picked up their new box set?

I got it a few weeks ago but haven't had time to listen to it yet.Gonna finally listen to it during the Thanksgiving 4-day weekend lol

I have it and I love it! I hadn't finished the fourth disc, but this would have to be the best overview of Hall & Oates so far.

Anybody ever heard of this solo album by Daryl Hall?

I've been spinning this one for weeks now and I am so addicted to Hall's buttery smooth vocals. So soothing for the soul.

Classic tune! Their early stuff from the early to mid 70's is so underrated. I still gotta get Abandoned Luncheonette and War Babies.

Any Prince AND Daryl Hall & John Oates Fans? I think it would be so cool if Prince was a guest on Daryl Hall's Live from Daryl's House web series. Daryl had Smokey Robinson, Patrick Stump (Fall Out Boy), Chromeo, and many others on his web show and it's really awesome.

Yes! Was a big fan in the 80s. Listened to their stuff again recently, still sounds good.

Inspired by "August Day" (which have I sent to 3 friends today alone).....

I re-spun Daryl's "Can't Stop Dreaming". GREAT recording.....first click to the last. Can't believe I slept on that one.

NOT as good as "Soul Alone"....but.....seriously, Org peeps.....check it (both of em). Great stuff. Really great.

I only recently discovered one of their first hits, 'Wait For Me', from back in '79. What a great song that is! I can't believe that I had never heard it before!
