^^ I don't see why they didn't include that either! That would've been a great scene. Many scenes in the film were fictionalized.
1.) Tina only had one child with Ike, the film made it seem like she had two of his children. 2.) Though Tina was giving the mic to sing at Club Imperial in the film politely, according to both Ike and Tina, Tina grabbed the mic from a rival and sung the song Ike had been performing (the B.B. King song). 3.) Tina wasn't immediately the "star" of Ike's group as the film suggests. She was just a background singer and attraction to the group, it wasn't until "A Fool in Love", which was originally recorded as a demo by Tina in 1959, that she suddenly became "Tina Turner". She was "Little Ann" until 1960. 4.) The Apollo headline with Ike & Tina alongside MARTHA AND THE VANDELLAS is false, lol. Ike & Tina took off in 1960, Martha and 'em took off in 1963! lol 5.) Ike and Tina married as a favor to shoo away Ike's exes for suing him for child support. Tina said Ike eventually convinced her to marry in Tijuana. 6.) In the film, they had it seem like Tina and Ike performed "Proud Mary" in 1968 but no it wasn't until 1970 that they started to perform the song live. And also that they opened for the Rolling Stones for the first time in 1968, no it was 1966. 7.) Though Tina was best friends with all the women who became "The Ikettes", there wasn't a woman named "Jackie" in the group and the woman who introduced Tina to Buddhism was white. 8.) All Ike did when he and Tina were in the studio was argue about how she was the reason they couldn't get a hit song all the time. Tina said Ike used to scream at her and point fingers at her and this was during the time his cocaine habit increased. 9.) Tina attempted suicide in 1968, not 1974 as the film suggests, the timeline was changed to bring the drama. Tina's suicide attempt came after finding out Ike was having a daughter with Ann Thomas, one of the Ikettes. 10.) Ike and Tina never saw each other again after the divorce was finalized in 1978. 11.) Ike was in jail off and on when Tina began her comeback to stardom between 1981 and 1983. And Tina was splitting time between L.A. and Europe. [Edited 11/9/09 13:06pm]

Another thing, she didn't keep the children after the divorce,,,,it was the other way around. She left them with Ike, and went to Europe.
And that "supposedly" 1st son of hers wasn't Ike's child, the father was one of his sax players(forgot his name). One thing is certain though, she cut everybody and EVERYTHING that reminded her of Ike once she got divorced,,,,,alot of her friends from that period got hurt by that but I can't say I blame her for it.

Her "first son's" father was Raymond Hill. Craig "Turner" look just like Raymond.
