Joe Jackson, Leonard Rowe and AllGood entertainment sued Michael Jackson's estate, a month ago, for 300 millions of USD.
But Mr. Jackson is not satisfied yet.
Joe Jackson claims there was "no justification" for him to be excluded from getting money from Michael Jackson's estate ... and now he's asking a judge to grant him a monthly allowance.

Joe, who claimed there were body doubles in TII movie and that Michael abused him, just filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming he's "entitled to his own independent family allowance."

In the docs, Leonard Rowe -- a guy who claims to have been MJ's manager -- says Michael used to give his mother Katherine up to $60,000 a month to live on, and that Michael instructed her to give half of it to Joe.

Joe claims Michael's estate has "earned more than $100 million dollars in the first seven (7) weeks following Michael Jackson's death" and is "well able to afford a family allowance for Joe Jackson."

Joe says he has $15,425 in total monthly expenses, including the following:

the jacksons-- $2,500 eating out
-- $2,000 for air travel
-- $3,000 for hotel bills
-- $1,000 for groceries
-- $1,200 for rent
-- $15 in charitable contributions

In the last months of Michael's life, Joe Jackson harrassed his most famous son, pressuring him to give him 20% of the This Is It tour's money.

Does Al Sharpton still think Joe Jackson is an example to all the fathers in the world?

I agree. Mr. Jackson made a ton when he had his children under his roof and thumb. In fact MJ spoke that much of the money he made as a child never touched his hand. Even so, I think people in general parents, family, and children can and do get it confused, nobody owes you a damn thing unless the choose to give it to. MJ had his reasons for not leaving his father one red cent.

Michael gave his father EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING. He gave him millions and millions. Joe lived off of Michael. Joseph didn't have a source of income...only Michael's money. Joe would ask for money every single month. However, he didn't ask for 1000 USD...he usually asked for 1 million of USD a month. If Michael refused to give him the money, Joseph would start yelling "I made you" or "I'm broke and it's your fault" or, in some cases, sell false rumors to tabloids.
