New album: Ryan Leslie - Transitions A big improvement from his last album. He still sounds like Justin Timberlake, though.. But plenty of funky songs!

i was wondering about this album, i feel like i want to like him but something is missing for me. like all his songs sound mid-tempo or something. also isn't that awfully fast for his 2nd album? seems like the first one just came out. | |

Yeah i got an advance last week and was surprised mostly, very good, much better than the last, still has some filler, but still a pretty good record "We went where our music was appreciated, and that was everywhere but the USA, we knew we had fans, but there is only so much of the world you can play at once" Magne F | |

I loved his second album but this one doesn't seem so different than the last. He loves the spacey synth sounds and it works on the first single but it kind of wears thin after a while. | |
