So true.Melba could have easily done Broadway throughtout the 80s.She had the credentials.

I don't think so. I think she was pretty drugged up by then.

Remember, she was broke in the 80s and started using again? Especially after "Lift Every Voice and Sing".

Don't you mean the '90s? lol

But yeah Melba did touch on the drugs part during her early successful period but I never knew what drugs she was using tho.
