Remy Shand What Happened to His Second Project?

So, this seems to be a mystery that nobody is answering. What happened to Remy and his second album? Did he not want to go through the industry again? Was it a case of Lewis Taylor? I remember the soundbite snippet that was on the site.
But that was a few years back.

Remy is quickly approaching D'Angelo time for his second album. Did he not like the way Motown was marketing his music? I always thought he was a cool dude who brought back the analog sounding soul on motown.
I thought he held alot of promise. And not to take anything away from Thicke but Remy was clearly a more interesting musician when it came to melodies and instrumentation. And yea, I did like his voice too. cool

And when you can rip the stage like this on guitar:

He seems to be one of those musical chamelons who can play a wide arrange of styles and get people to notice.

I would love to hear his new demo material if a 2nd project hasn't been completed yet.

I'd really like to know what happened too! His debut was the bomb, still have it in rotation to this day. Shame to see his talent not being shared with us.

I found this on Wik.

Seems like he disappeared off of the face of the planet.

His first album is fantastic! I love it. i can listen through the whole thing, no skips.

I know he was going through a divorce a few years back. Hopefully, it will inspire some great music. Maybe 2010?...

The fact that there has not even been a blip of news on this guy over the last several years has me thinking he might just be gone for good. neutral

I'm waiting on a follow up as well. When we have a plethora of people doing neo-soul and blue-eyed soul like Robin Thicke and Justin Timberlake, Remy Shand certainly has a place waiting for him in the market. He's stupid to NOT put some work out right now. I love his first release.
