Billy! lol

I still think his first single Nights (Feel Like Getin Down) is the best thing he ever did.

Getting out of his dreams and into his car is now mandatory, you know, cause of the dementia.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

I love that song too but that actually wasn't his first single. He had a minor hit in 1976 called "Love Really Hurts Without You".

Well there were never death reports about him, so it's safe to assume he's alive and living. I still loves me some old school Billy Ocean (even if he did rip off "Caribbean Queen" from MJ's "Billie Jean", and even sampled Vincent's laugh from "Thriller" in it).

Funny that you said this, because I always thought Caribbean Queen sounded hauntingly familiar.

What part was a rip off, the melody sounded like the opening bars in Billie Jean, right?

The drum beat is similar, the bass line is near identical, the "shuffle" feel of it is similar. I'm really surprised someone didn't sue someone else back then over it. It seemed more similar to me than the whole "I Want A New Drug/Ghostbusters" law suit.

Sing "no more love on the run" over "cuz the child is not my son". It matches like two puzzle pieces practically. Listen for the lion roar in one part. Under that, you can hear part of Vincent Price's laugh from the end of "Thriller" in there too.
