Some of y'all might be too young to remember this,but in 1977,George released a funk single called "Dukey Stick".That's kinda where he got the title for the recent album ('Dukey Treats').

I saw the title and the "chocolate" keytar and said "Hell naw!" I do love the Dream On album, especially "Someday" "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world." |

I was really young when this was out, and some people I knew thought Bootsy did this song.....and that the song itself was about "dookie"! (we didn't get the George Duke name reference at the time) | |

I guess she had her OWN idea of what he was singing about,lol. | |
