easily Solo Stuff.though "Careless Whisper" Can Hang with His Solo Stuff though IMHO.but He for a minute was on the Pulse as a Solo Artist.I think The Guy is a Very Talented Songwriter,Vocalist&Instrumentalist&Wish He would Have just allowed His Work do the talking? He should have been far bigger&He could still Roll Large if He just stayed on His Music.I was Blasting "Fast Love" Today as a Matter of fact.also when I think about Kylie Monigue George's "Outside" Sounds like all the stuff She Hit with in 2002 IMHO.so I Know George can still bring it. mistermaxxx

Wham would be right at home with the teenybopper groups today. George Michael is an adult solo artist and made the transition smoothly. This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes.

I am not a fan of Wham at all and never will be, but I love George's solo efforts. I just wish he would release more music. He is a great singer and has real talent.

My all-time favorite George Michael song is "Careless Whisper",which was recorded when he was with Wham!.I love the entire 'Make It Big' album, especially the song "Everything She Wants",with the memorable lyric...
"And now you tell me that you're having my baby I'll tell you that I'm happy if you want me to"

Solo, yo! I loved the "Freedom '90" video. Gotta admit, I didn't even mind the fact that he wasn't in it, either.

Everytime i hear the Prince song The Sun, The Moon and Stars it reminds me of George Michael. It sounds like a early period GM song, albeit a very good one.

"And now you tell me that you're having my baby I'll tell you that I'm happy if you want me to" Oh damn..thats my fav line too! Showing the desparity of a relationship that one is unhappy in. The lady is constantly unhappy, he works very hard at the relationship and otherwise etc and then she says shes pregnant etc..Oh lawd what a trip etc. "Climb in my fur."

"And now you tell me that you're having my baby I'll tell you that I'm happy if you want me to" ...I like this part, too... 'My situation never changes Walking in and out of that door Like a stranger But with wages I give you all you say you want more And all I could see was the end of the week...' But I'm not sure if that's on the album or only on the video. *this is for whoever taught you how to kiss in designer jeans*

Wham was Catchy back in the day but the way Image is nowadays that is the One thing that I think would Hurt them now if they were out now IMHO.we all know that a Rapper has too eventually Rap on a track&Which Rapper or Rappers out now would dare be seen in a Video with Wham were they out now?? Image would hurt them now.People were more Pop Accepting then as too now as well.you gotta be a bit more Rawer nowadays.you gotta Play Tough on TV. mistermaxxx

"I Want Your Sex" always did seem to me to be just as novelty a song as "Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go" really. Though, if I had to choose I'd take GM over Wham. I dig that song "Freedom" and the bassline and piano. This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes.

Definitely Solo without a doubt. The look was more Sexy and Raw being kinda Rugged and all. Now as for Wham Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go was a Killer song. Yeah,to George Michael. Excellent Duet with Elton John Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me...

I feel that during the years in Wham! george michael was a little pop-boy .. you know like "westlife" "a1" and all those other pop-groupes there is today! Wham!'s music was great! But I dig' Gm a lot more as solo!.. I like his look now.. the suit guy with a nice well-kept beard.. but what can you say, Gm looked great in the Faith-days. I'm not saying wham!'s music was bad, there were some killer hits (Wake me up before u go go, Everything she wants, freedom, careess whisper.. etc we shouldn't forget LAST CHRISTMAS!!).. but Gm is more grown up being solo and the songs are more serious .. so I'll say Gm is better off solo!
