I worked at Woodlawn Cemetery in Detroit, so I've seen my fair share of really nice tombstones and Rick's is VERY nice! The top part of Rick's is Onyx and the image was laser inscribed. The cost of something like that is no fucking joke!!
OT: People used to think I was weird because I liked to walk around the cemetery visiting the grave sites and Mausoleums. It was just so serene to me and I learned a lot of history. Mind you, I had to be out of that bitch by night fall, no matter what! That probably had more to do with my conditioning from Hollywood and all but I didn't care. By dusk, I HAD to be OUT!!! I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart.

this is unrelated but this made me think of a story: when a close friend of mine passed away 10 years ago, I went to visit his gravesite. I was unaware that the gates close at 5pm everday. I guess I sat there too long reminiscing, because next thing I know, they done locked the gates (with me still in the cemetary). I had to drive up the curb, around one of the houses on the property, and through the backyard and squeezed through the gate. WHEW!!!!OT: People used to think I was weird because I liked to walk around the cemetery visiting the grave sites and Mausoleums. It was just so serene to me and I learned a lot of history. Onyx is a porous stone. How the heck is that going to last? Do they laminate it or something? Space for sale...

Wow what a way to be put away!!! Does anyone have a picture of his daughter? I heard she was just like her daddy freakiness and all!
When I read the title of this thread, I cringed because I was hoping his gravestone didn't read, "Im Rick James Bitch"! The message you are about to hear are not meant for transmission. When I read the title of this thread, I cringed because I was hoping his gravestone didn't read, "Im Rick James Bitch"! Teena Marie said that was never Rick James' line. She said his line was always "I'm motherfucking Rick James". Apparently, Dave Chapelle had to clean it up a little for television. Andy is a four letter word.
