Go back in time, 2 the 1st time u heard her sing "Vision Of Love"... from then on, it was... damn. Girl can sing!

Here's mine:

Her song, "One Sweet Day" with Boys II Men, remains as one of her most enduring and sincere songs I can recall... but my fave of hers is "Hero". The lyrics...so beautiful, the voice...perfect.

Video: The one she's wearing the daisy dukes in... what was it??? She was so cute in the wheat field... damn, can't remember the song. I think it was "Dream Lover".

I love her 1997 song "Breakdown" which she recorded with Bone Thugs & Harmony.The video was cool too.

All I Want For Cristmas - 'cos it plainly shows her for the sugar-coated airhead she is.

The "Someday" video takes me back, way back.I liked her
look back then.

I also love "Breakdown" and the video as well.I enjoyed how
she sang her lyrics fast like Bone, and her lyrics to that
song are brilliant.

I love MC, I grew up with her music(long with Whitney's) its nice that there're ppl giving her props 4 her work becoz she's very anderrated lyricsit & producer.

Ok, best joints:

-I still Believe(The Damizza mix): I love this mellow cut and I also love the video. It has a beautiful meaning(children love candy, growns love money).

-Butterfly-Very beautiful ballad and AMAZING video with a spiritual message(inspired from one of her dreams).

-Breakdown-Some ppl say its about Derek Jeter(he ex) but I don't know.

-Subtle Invitation-Oh lawd, this song saved the whole Charmbracelet LP. I loved the jazzy live feel with the horn section, I loved how she tried 2 sing like Deniece Williams and Minnie Riperton.

Emotions - Damn when i wasabout 9 years old and i heard this, i tried 2 imitate the hight note till this very day! When i would record my own songs when i was little, i would always leave a hi note at the end!

Her vocals in that song is the light version of Chaka Khan's singing in "The End Of A Love Affair". I just love the song soo much.

FANTASY!!!Extended version. I lived in SOBE 1996-1998, when Prince still had Glam Slam on Washington!!Everynight, the DJ would open w/that song accompanied by different coloured lasers in all directions and smoke machines. Everytime I hear that song, I remember the best 2 yrs of my life!!!

I think that's what is was called. I don't hate her songs,
but in general I don't get excited about Mariah. But this
was a song that I really liked. The video was nice as well.
