I LOVE this song, always have. Such good memories when this was out. Music across the board was soooo good back then.

Jeffiner	^^^ You should be jealous very first love / crush song... used to cry a lot to this one!! Think I was only about 7 though! Still makes my heart do that 'thing' when I hear it, beautiful song.... quite partial to Car Wash too ... [Edited 10/13/09 14:49pm]

I'm glad to have been born in the late 70's, but I wish I was born 10 years earlier. I grew up in the 80's so that's second best. lol

SoulAlive	Does anyone remember a cover version of this song from the early 80s? It's from 1980-82....it came out sometime during those years.I think it was a jazz artist with a guest female vocalist on it? There was alot of saxophone in it,especially near the end.I remember hearing this version and thinking that it was as good as the Rose Royce version.
