A Celebration of 40 years and tribute to Michael

Well, this event that was supposed to take place in Detroit with Tito playing with other musicians (supposedly he's been touring in Europe with this same group of musicians) and Marlon hosting, DID NOT HAPPEN!!! The event was cancelled and there was no explanation given or even an email for that matter.
Needless to say, I was quite put out to get to the Orchestra Hall (October 4, Detroit City) and it was dark and empty. There was a tiny 8 x 11 piece of paper taped to the window stating that the event was cancelled with no future date of the event happening.

Today, I received an email (2 days too late) from ticketmaster telling me what I already knew and hinting that new tickets would be given for a new date, which they did not offer up. I demanded a refund. Talk about ticked off! But I wasn't surprised. I'd seen Tito and Marlon on TV and
never any mention that they were touring to different cities or Detroit
celebrating their 40 year career. I found it strange that they were saying
that they needed more time for mourning when they'd talk about Jermaine's
failed tribute and they were planning something similar. Wonder what happened.
