I have been searching for a song that I remember hearing in the 1990s. I also recall an interesting video for it that I saw late at night a few times on random (non MTV) video shows.

I think the title of the song is "Master Plan."

I don't know the artist. I remember the video had a 1960s retro party vibe and featured a white woman singing. There was a bald guy dancing in it too, I think.

The chorus was something like:

I'm a part of a master plan - yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah
So beautiful and free
I'm a part of master plan
Are you gonna get free with me

One verse had lyrics like:

You want to free your people for us all to live as one.
