Your Thoughts On Human League's I Need Your Love Now, I adore this song. One of my fav Human League tracks of all time but I can't help but feel embarrassed for them knowing how much they felt overpowered by the Jam & Lewis style. I hear the song now and realize how much this is a Jam/Lewis production. Shoot, this easily could have been a Alexander O'Neal with Lisa Keith or Cherelle singing background. I wonder if anyone ever asked them if they regretted, from a producing standpoint, overpowering Human League's personality. At any rate, is this another Boy George "Dont Put Your Mind On A Trip" or did Jam/Lewis find a good balance? What say thee? --- Hey, interesting enough, this is the only song that Jam & Lewis actually share co-writing credits with the band on. Who knew? I love it, but I also love "Don't Take My Mind on a Trip." "Whitney was purely and simply one of a kind." ~ Clive Davis

I'm just a sucker for that sound every time. Could be a choir of Star Search children signing over it and I'd still love it.

IMO, this song does not fit them. I like "Love is all that matters" and of course "Human" much better.
