Superstition said: midnightmover said: That's what you guys always do. Focus only on what suits you and ignore everything you don't want to deal with. What they describe there is incredibly consistent with what I've always said. It clearly adds yet more strength to my already watertight argument. Bull. It does add more strength to your argument. I'm not denying you have a theory and it may be true, But the truth is you don't know nearly as much as you think you do. Do not rope me in with everyone else you try to pigeon-hole, as a "floon" or whatever the hell your little name is for it. He had a lung condition, whether or not it affected his singing, who knows. There have been trumpet players and singers who have all kinds of shit wrong with their respiratory who never missed a beat. If Michael had been sounding consistently great live and not miming in his concerts then the lung story could be overlooked. But the fact is we've HEARD his vocal problems with our own ears. We've SEEN the increased miming. Sane people always knew the miming was connected to the decline, but we never knew the REASON for the decline. Floons never even wondered about that because they were too busy trying to deny the decline was even happening. For those of us who saw what was happening and wondered about the cause, these new revelations about his inflamed and weakened lungs (which you didn't even notice) clearly point to a possible explanation. “The man who never looks into a newspaper is better informed than he who reads them, inasmuch as he who knows nothing is nearer to truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors.”

Oh, the spectre of delusion. People doing the dead horse emoticon when actually we're talking about something COMPLETELY NEW that has emerged. And notice how even though it was described as "the most serious" of his physical problems, virtually none of the MJ fans even noticed it. As soon as someone with his eyes open points it out, MJ fans try and shut down the discussion. Could your head-in-sand tendencies be any more clear? “The man who never looks into a newspaper is better informed than he who reads them, inasmuch as he who knows nothing is nearer to truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors.”

so that Halperin guy was kinda right about his lungs....
and it's still supicious that he said MJ would be dead in 6 mo and MJ died 6 mo and 1 day after his prediction. And this report does corroborate a lot that MJ said and negates a lot of nasty rumors. So I hope MJ will RIP over this. | |
