I just remember America before Michael died. I remember there was a thread on a facebook group about him having those concerts and most of the ppl were saying no thanks...he scares me....he's a pervert....i was a fan in the eighties but not now....better have the tour in Europe, Michael's career in America is HIStory. And now since he died, his shit is all over the place. Shirts, cds, posters, buttons, calenders, magazines in every shop. All over the place. EVERYWHERE. The tv guide channel had MJ specials on 24/7 for over TWO MONTHS. Now can't stop talking about it and what a great person he was rolleyes. Now they talk about his whole career in America...not just the Thriller bandwagon. Funny how it took him to realize that he was just misunderstood, not a monster. FAKE....FAKE AS HELL.

I was thinking about this today and the other day when I was doing research about his catalog

This is the FIRST time in my life where I've been able to buy a Michael Jackson tshirt in a store

I remember growing up and going to the bookstores, looking for books about Michael and others like Little Richard and Sammy Davis Jr, and NEVER finding anything. Well, I could find one or two about Little Richard, maybe one about Sammy, but Michael? forget about it, I would look and see shelves of Elvis, The Beatles, Hendrix, Rolling Stones and wondering why.

Then hearing my friend Chris talk about how he and his cowriter Craig were shopping their books to publishers and being turned away because "Nobody wants pro Michael Jackson books"

I went to Barnes and Noble a couple of weeks ago and seeing a full shelf for Michael. I didn't feel happy or sad, I was actually mad....

Yeah I went to America 5 years ago and could not find ANY Michael Jackson memorabilia except for at a little store in Disneyland for some odd reason which was actually full of heaps of really unique stuff. I went back again this year and there was stuff everywhere (except for Disneyland this time, lol) but it was all simple things like t-shirts and key rings that were obviously rushed and cheaply made. I think we're going to have to wait a few years for quality merchandise to come in. But like you, it makes me so mad there was none of it in when he was still alive. And the funny thing is in the Disneyland store the lady spoke about how much the Jackson merchandise sold over all the rest so I dont know why no one else carried anything.

Well I am closer to 40 than 30 and I find it funny when you hear some peeps saying they have been a fan for 20 years or even 25 years, because although that is a long time to be a fan, if you come to know MJ in only the last 20 years you've actually miss out on alot of his career. I think to really understand and appreciate the his overall career you need to have been a fan or at least remember him before Thriller, preferably before OTW. Most people who have become fans or only remember MJ after Thriller have a very distorted view of him; his either a complete freak who has never seem "normal" or his this wonderful, angel who has been victimized by the media.

Now that ain't true, I'm a 25-year-old fan but I love all his classic stuff, age ain't really appropriate to appreciate great music.

I was teasin' and i think age ain't nothing but a number too. I love when anyone appreciates great music.

It's one of my biggest regrets that I wasn't around for Thriller or Bad. I remember Dangerous vividly though, even though I was all of 3 when it got big here. I remember watching the HIStory VHS every damn day too. Oh and our car chewed up our HIStory cassette falloff

..Athough That second picture of Michael in the gold pants on tour Is during a time when Michael was looking the Biggest. I am not saying Michael wasn't thin, but Has anyone ever considered that he was 50 and maybe going through a mid life crisis or something Men do that you know at that age .I look at that certain photo in those Skinny style pants and think he loooks like he did before(just a over 50 year old man) maybe a few pounds under...but I can't deny him being a bit thinnier looking, again he is 50 yrs. old. I just really don't agree with everyone using that same shot in those certain style & cut pants being used as a comparison... I just wanted to throw the age thing out there and that one photo. it's not fair to compare Michael n a picture at his biggest & one at 50 in a certain cut of pants.

I'm 5'9" and weigh around 125lbs. (and am a vegetarian) as well. Certainly, it's a svelte frame, but not a starved one; if it were, I think my doctor would tell me to start gorging.

Has it been confirmed that it´s not the official autopsy? If so, I must have missed it.

remember how they said this case was a homicide before it offically was ruled a homicide.

the coroner relased a statement listing the cause of death but he hasn't released the actual autopsy. what he are reading now is someone who saw the autopsy

i agree he looks taller just b/c of his build

also he was thinnest thriller era, if you look at victory tour pics he is really thin. i think maybe we all get so caught up in his face and how skeletal looking it can be that we assume he's on deaths door neutral

i'm glad they released the sperm info too, mj was not an alien. he was a man. a man with sperm!!!!!
