I don't mean to brag - well, maybe I do - but my daughter's 13 and she's light years ahead of that girl. She can play as many instruments, and sing better.

That young girl might aspire to sing with Prince one day, but my daughter already has - twice, when she was 8.

OK I gotta stop bragging now.

Proof, or you're just making empty statements rolleyes

Look up a few posts.

You get put in a straight-jacket, your personality gets erased and afterwards you spend years getting rid of the squeeky clean image and proving you are talented.

Also, she's what, 12? How many "child talents" have grown up to become major artists? And of those, how many made relevant art back when they were kids?

Yeah, the point is that maybe this is your only shot. Maybe you're only going to get a crack at the big time right now. Maybe when you're 18, you're going to be just another pretty face.

So that's one reason why you go with Disney. I can understand that.

That may be true if you're someone like Miley Cyrus, or Demi Lovato or whoever else. But this girl seems to have actual musical talent, something those girls don't have. Disney would only ruin that.

She's very intelligent. She'll most def get paid signing on with Disney.

There are much better vids of Gabi on youtube than this one. She has exceptional talent and presence.

She's going to be a career musician for sure. How famous she becomes still remains to be seen but I think Disney is a good move for her.
