cellarful of motown , is it worth it?

are these collections of out takes worth it? does anyone own them and wants to share his or her point of view or share favorites?

im looking for a christmas gift

I own all 3 volumes and think you should mos def purchase if you're tired of all the Greatest Hits compilations and want some classic yet fresh Motown songs nod

If I had to choose, I would say Vol 1&2 are slightly better than Vol 3 but it's a matter of personal taste I guess smile

its not that i am tired of collections , im just looking for some fresh' motown music for christmas. and i ran in to this in some store and i was curious
