This is so sad for Mashanda to use Twitter, all in public like this with their personal drama. And then Alicia just sitting over there without a care in the world. wow I've lost the use of my heart, But I'm still alive, Still looking for the life, The endless pool on the other side, It's a wild wild west, I'm doing my best, I'm a soldier of love, Every day and night, I'm soldier of love, All the days of my life.

Meanwhile Jen can't escape the dark cloud of being left by her husband & being (so far) unable to sustain a relationship since (at least in the public eye). Jen gets racked over the coals daily, while Angelina is propped up. I didn't sense an ounce of backlash against her. & Brad remains untouched. It's all crazy She's seen as a princess because of her humanitarian work. But shes still seen in a semi-bad light, every time theres a topic about her on blogs and other sites half the responses are calling her 'homewrecker!'. If there was none of that humanitarian work she would have had even more backlash than what she already got. Maybe I'm just not tuned in enough to "the gossip" but I think people went right back to adoring her within 2 months of the shit hitting the fan. Meanwhile Jen is still in the dust-cloud of their relationship, she can't escape the shit. It's fucked up! Angelina (sadly) came out on top in that situation, its all pretty gross.

No, I was just being snide as I could not make heads nor tails of what that poster was saying "Lack of home training crosses all boundaries."

"No baby it didn't mean anything see, its not adultery if you fucked someone once and didn't know their name. I hit it once then move on." Yeah. Right. OK. You are absolutely right IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO. That's just it, someone had to ask the other one to dance, Yes or No. Gee, would the affair ever had taken place if he had said, no? Would Mashonda ever had cause to write a Dear Alicia/Jane/Sue/Sally, or Chaquanda, letter on Tweeter of all places? NO. The painful deed has been done and the husband and wife have to deal with the blowback, especially for the one who's love and trust has been violated. So, you've wagged your finger in the "other womans" face, your are bad, bad, bad person, if this give one some psychological comfort, that's fine. Please, reread my posts. Is it wrong to cheat, lie, commit adultery? Uh, yeah. I questioned the futility of confronting the "other woman" my opinion would be same if the circumstances had been reversed. Trina There IS a difference between an affair and a jumpoff, just like there is a difference between shooting someone and chopping them up into little pieces and burying those pieces in different states. Yes, they are both cheating BUT having another relationship outside of your marriage is different from sleeping with someone that you have nothing more than a physical attraction to. Its not futile to confront someone who is causing you public embarrassment. Again, you seem to have this "blame it all on the man" mentality. They are somewhat high profile in that they are public figures to a degree and that sort of thing can do more damage, so there's a bit more at stake than in normal situations. All I was saying is that she has the RIGHT (and she does) to confront Alicia. I would hope that her first confrontation would be with Swizz as he's the asshole screwing off on his wife. I just don't think it has to END with Swizz. BOTH of them can catch it. You say its futile - I say if anything, it just might make her feel better. I think the Twitter thing is to let Alicia know that the facade that Clive and company created for her can be touched and that she isn't above public embarrassment herself. Alicia got put on blast because she is not being a grown woman and talking with Mashonda, especially because there is a child involved. She could at least talk to her on the phone. Under certain circumstances, urgent circumstances, desperate circumstances, profanity provides a relief denied even to prayer.
