Gotta give what is due, despite the trends that have come and gone and the artists with them in that era that all followed the flava's of the day, these cats have pretty much always done what they did from day one, whether it sold or didnt sell. So depsite losing a band member, health issues, addictions they havent really altered the way they do things. They humbled themselves from selling a million in one day in ths USA to not selling a million at all with a release and that humbling hasnt caused them to go out and sell out. They have their 7th album out October 6th and listening to an advance i actually respect these cats alot. They were the door openers in that genre, regardless of what may be thought, they were the "bar" set that others were trying to rise too. So props are in order, not for the music, like or hate me, choose your side, but props for staying true to what you wanted from day one.
