still after all these years, (a Prince fan 4 around 15 years) i really only listen 2 Prince.
every now and then i might listen 2 Eminem or Limp Bizkit but thats really about it

I go through phases where I'll hone in on one artist for weeks or months at a time, but there will always be other music happening too, even if it's just a song or two.

Currently listening to Muse "Black Holes and Revelations" and then onto Type O Negative "Dead Again" (fucking masterpiece!)

Put down the Purple Rain and step away from the Prince collection. You need to get the F out to a wreka stow and find something else. It's lame to listen to just one person, whether it's Prince or whoever.

I listen to Prince less than anyone else lately, although I do go through phases of wanting to hear Prince stuff. A couple of weeks ago all I wanted to hear from Prince was 1999 and Purple Rain. Then I can't go near Prince for a while.

You need to branch out, a LOT. Leave the fucking Feminem and Limp Dickzet and get some REAL music in your starving ear cavity.

But to listen to only Prince? That's dumb. Even Prince doesn't listen to Prince all the time.

It's Prince i hardy listen to.

I just happened to pull Prince out the cupboard last year after years of not doing so.I listen to a wide range of artists, whose music grabs me and I have to have it. But I must say the last year or two I've been struggling coz generally R&b or hip hop don't move me so I'm listening to lists of favourites from various albums covering different genres, also on shuffle. When I heard Closer by Ne-yo I got it immediately. I want more songs like that.....At the moment I am overdosing on MJ and know every MJ song off by heart. But that phase will pass & they'll go back on shuffle. Then I'll need a new fix again

How could anyone listen to just one artist and still have sanity? Anyone who listens to just one artist is probably crazy and obsessed. Person is probably living in a shack in the woods, listening to their favorite (only) artist, while staring at multiple pictures of that person and sharpening some sort of knife-like weapon; anxiously planning the day they will meet their icon and wear their skin as a coat.

Awww your all mean lol i go throught Prince phases all the time where i don't listen to anything else ..I'm going through a MJ one atm ..just like the rest of the world :/
