Britney gives us '3' While she's still on the road promoting her most recent album, Circus, through September 27 in Las Vegas (and in Australia through November 29), Britney Spears is already breaking out yet another new release. The pop star will celebrate her 10 years in the game by releasing The Singles Collection on November 24, and a new single, "3," is set to come out next Tuesday. ---------------------------------
