Think about it.

Prince has a major P&R disaster about ever 2 to 3 years. I mean, of career-ending proportions; however, he still sells enough albums to go gold and platinum.

Eminem has probably pissed off everybody in the music industry, but he still sells millions. For all the controversy surrounding him, the guy understands satire, rhyme, and a certain ethereal, sublime mastery of his artwork.

Same could be said about Kanye West. Where Prince is the modern day Mozart, Kanye is today's Shakespeare.

All of these figures keep offending the general public. They upset, they shock, and they sometimes repulse. But always, they entertain, they inspire, and they turn this mutha out.

Your thoughts?

I think that you are waaay over-reaching with the Prince/Mozart, Kanye/Shakespeare comparison. They are not even close to being in the same category. No wonder why they have huge egos. The term "genius" is overused, and you just proved it.
