Come on Im a massive MJ fan but this is tooooo much, only a complete muppett would buy this....and as far as hearing a new album anytime soon we can forget about that as that would be flooding his market... If I wanted another greatest hits with crap remixes which had nothing to do with Michael I would just listin to any of the 3 or 4 albums i was tick enough to buy... I'm buying it because I want to hear the song. Two versions of the same song? SHOCK HORROR, it's been done before, not a big deal.
If you don't like it, aren't interested in the material, don't buy it. I've skipped on other MJ releases, but this one interests me.

By previously unheard, I sure hope they mean alternate vocal takes and demos, and not the same song with a new beat to it and tellin us "u aint heard this before!" ..

This is a record company we're talking about. It could mean that it is a different mix of a song that went previously unreleased. It could also mean it is some of the performance mixes of some of his songs (with the added effects). I've gotten suckered in by this "unreleased" marketing before (Crystal Ball anyone?) and you get some re-edited re-release of the same songs. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-

We'll probably get things like Starlight and the early version of Smooth Criminal. Which is cool, I've wanted to hear both for a long time. You can get a snippet or crappy version of Starlight on Youtube, but I want the real deal.

Call me crazy, but with how Thriller funky is, keeping it as Starlight could have made it more of a funk/rhythmic classic from the 80's. I like Thriller and all, but its need hearing it without all the supernatural stuff and hearing it just with normal lyrics.

No, we don't know what songs are going to be included on the 2nd disc. The only thing we know is: 1. It has This Is It 2. It has Planet Earth 3. One way or the other, it's going to have Billie Jean, Beat It, and Man In The Mirror "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."
