You don't hear about tv appearances or autograph signings.... yet the album went platinum and had 4 hit singles and now we find out about him making appearances at the 1982 Budweiser Superfest... They probably did promote "Triumph", whatever happened, history has not been on it with it, they skip from "Off the Wall" to "Thriller", lol

The New song is called THIS IS IT according to roger freakman from fox news.
Exclusive: Jacko Movie, Soundtrack Have New Song By: Roger Friedman // Monday September 21, 2009 Here’s something new I can tell you now exclusively: Michael Jackson’s “This is It” film will include a brand new song, which Michael wrote for the tour. The song is called “This is It.” After Jackson died, it was finished by producer John McClain, who is also one of Michael’s executors. The new song will be included in the film and on the two-CD soundtrack scheduled for release right after the movie has its two-week run. I told you months ago when the movie was being shopped that it would be accompanied by a soundtrack. As I pointed out, Jackson has never had a “live” album. Even the Jackson family should be surprised by the new song, but they’ll hear it when they see the first draft of the movie, sources say, in the next week. http://showbiz411.blogs.t...this-is-i/ MICHAEL JACKSON

It's gonna sound like "For All Time" Sounds good to me. I've got a lot of newfound respect for HIStory, especially after listening to the Ummah mixes of the track. The chorus is very well done, sort of epic, with Boyz II Men in the background, and the verses are kinda funky. For All Time is a great track as well. Something sort of epic combined with something sort of soft, that's MJ's style. As far as for some of the conspiracy quotes, bottom line, stars make money for others when they're dead. Nothing new there. Ray Charles has albums being released. Both George and John of The Beatles are making people money. The difference with Jackson is how big he was. I'm also not sure why people think the shows were never going to take place... AEG being the ones to get Jackson back on stage is a big deal. He was going to make himself and everyone else tons of money if he was alive too, so I'm not sure why that theory is out there.

But I don't know, I don' think its a ballad. wait some fans said that the song has some Orchestra so its a ballad? [Edited 9/21/09 17:56pm] MICHAEL JACKSON

So when I hear orchestra, I hear a song about triumph or something.

He means Akon, and is referring to the duet that MJ and Akon did, called "Hold My Hand". It's a great song, but due to it being leaked, has not been officially released. It was the last new material than anyone heard from MJ before he passed, it leaked sometime last year. [Edited 9/23/09 12:48pm] |

Akon's got a beautiful voice and pretty mellow music he sings. The part I've heard of the song are fantastic. This cd and movie is going to be something else. It's gonna fly off the shelves that's for sure. Can't wait to see what he was so busy working on! I'm actually looking forward to the set. Maybe we'll get "Starlight" in place of Thriller on the second disc. Maybe the live tracks are being saved for the DVD/Blu-Ray. [Edited 9/23/09 15:52pm]

Of my God are u ppl seriously gettin excited about "one new" track on a double fuckin album...repeated twice !!! are these guys serious!!!!! WHAT THE FUCK. I will not buy this this....
Any one with half a brain would assume this would have a been "a live album of some sort". Come on Im a massive MJ fan but this is tooooo much, only a complete muppett would buy this....and as far as hearing a new album anytime soon we can forget about that as that would be flooding his market... If I wanted another greatest hits with crap remixes which had nothing to do with Michael I would just listin to any of the 3 or 4 albums i was tick enough to buy...
