Your top 10 Beatles songs

I grew up on them without ever becoming a real hardcore fan of theirs thus most of my tracks are quite obvious. I did listen to "sgt pepper" "revolver" and a few others as a kid and again as a teen (Iam now 23), so I've always loved their music without ever becoming a real diehard fan. I also recently noticed tend to favour their later stuff.

Mine are (but are subject to change LOL):

1) Nowhere man (love the harmonies on this one)
2) Tommorow never knows
3) Hey jude
4) Two of us
5) Strawberry fields forever
6) We can work it out
7) Your gonna lose that girl
8) Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band
9) Getting better
10) With a little help from my friends

10?

impossible.

i've been trying to put together a "best of" for them since the remasters came out, or update the one i made 10 years ago.

it stands at 4 discs with absolutely NOTHING that i'm willing to cut. in fact, it may have to be 5. i'm going the wrong direction. this is why i don't do CD-R comp projects any more lol

Got To Get You Into My Life (altho I prefer EWF version more razz )

I'm going through a huge Beatles kick lately, so it's hard to say. So many songs are jumping out at me right now. Of course, Rubber Soul and Revolver are my standbys and there are countless songs I could fill a list with just from that era alone. Their early stuff doesn't get much props so I'm gonna throw out "There's A Place" just to be different and fcuz it's sometimes my fave.

for some reason, "What You're Doing" is totally giving me a hard-on lately. never paid much attention to it before, but it's clicking.

but I'm going to take a stab at a top 10. it could be completely different tomorrow or 5 minutes from now.

1. For No One
2. Hey Jude
3. Revolution
4. Hello Goodbye
5. Something
6. She Said She Said
7. Work It Out
8. Here Comes The Sun
9. Across The Universe
10. (cheating) Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight/The End

and honorable mention as #11 for Twist And Shout, only because it's not their song, but they tore that shit up six ways from Sunday.
