Todd Rundgren - Live From Daryl Hall's house -podcast In case you didn't know Daryl Hall (of Hall & Oates -fame) performs live music with friends at his own house and puts the stuff up on his website. There's a new episode each month - previous episodes have featured artists such as Smokey Robinson, Monte Montgomery and Chromeo.
This month he is visited by the one-and-only TODD RUNDGREN. The new episode will be available on the site @ 8PM (ET) time today. There will be also most likely some chatting! [Edited 9/15/09 13:13pm]

Yes this should be awesome! Both from Philly. Todd produced the Hall and Oates album "War Babies" in 1974. Todd is one of the greats! Release Yourself

Just a thought--Daryl was a big Lewis Taylor fan -- man, I wish LT was still in the Biz--this show would've been perfect place to jam..... ... " I've got six things on my mind --you're no longer one of them." - Paddy McAloon, Prefab Sprout

Oh crap, I accidentally edited out the wb address, here it is:
http://www.livefromdaryls...?page=ep23 Guess most of you guys were able to use google though. Too bad I overslept myself this morning so I won't be able to watch it in its entrety this morning either (8PM ET would be about four in the morning in Finland, so I really wasn't going to stay up until it those hours) Todd's looking good, thank god the crazy dyes are back. I've been really impressed with Darryl's voice on all the past episodes, it's rare that any 50+ something veteran gets to preserve their voice in such a shape.

That goes for Todd also who imo is a very underrated singer. You can't buy (or fake) the benefits of experience. tA Tribal Disorder

I've always liked the higher end of his range, but I noticed live how good his lower range is. Thanks for the heads up on this, Neal. Will give a listen later!
