Dear Kanye,

What happened to you as a child?? Did you not get hugged enough?? Something must have happened to make you this way and I think we’re all just curious as to what would make a grown man go on national television and make a talented artist, let alone teenager, feel like shit. I mean, I’ve seen you do some pretty shitty things, but you just keep amazing me with your tactless, asshole ways. It’s absolutely fascinating how much I don’t like you. I like everyone. I even like my asshole ex that cheated on me over you…which is pretty odd since I don’t even personally know you. The best part of this evening is that you weren’t even up for THIS award and yet you still have a problem with the outcome. Is winning a moon man that much of a life goal?? You can have mine if it will shut you up. Is it that important, really??

I was actually nominated in the same category that Taylor won and I was excited for her…so why can’t you be?? I’m not even mad at you for being an asshole…I just pity you because you’re a sad human being.

On a side note, Beyonce has always been a class act and proved again tonight that she still is. Go TEXAS!!

I agree. I always thought he had mommy issues (although someone more accurately pointed out, maybe it's daddy issues). Since he was a loon before, I figured once his mother died he would totally self destruct. He actually started acting kind of chill for a while but it finally caught up with him!

You know. Everyone wants to blame Kanye, and that's fine. He did a dumbass thing and needs to be reprimanded. But, I would also throw some blame towards, MTV's way. They know what kind of person he is, he has acted this way before, on this same award show...So, why invite him back, if not for the fact that him acting up, would get them ratings. The same goes for, Lil' Momma's, actions. What was she doing on stage, and she WORKS for MTV? Rappers are always talking about wanting to fit into the mainstream and be looked as legit artist. Yet, they continue to act to the contrary.

Britney, Beyonce, Taylor Swift, GaGa, Green Day, etc. all had big albums this year and sold pretty good, so they got awards.

I am mad at Kanye and yes I am a fan of his. Not only he embarressed first time winner but also he embarressed and took the spotlight of the show was suppose to be about: the dedication to MJ. The fans in the audience were into MJ performance and that would been talk about but Kanye did act so classless.

He should not only apologize to Taylor on Leno show tonight but also to the Jacksons as well particularly Janet because it suppose to be her moment dedicated to MJ.

the thing she nailed is that the stupid award is not really as important as he always makes it out to be. He acts as if it's the 2000 election or something! It's an MTV award!

MTV loves that kind of bullshit and promotes and encourages it. If they were to break out shooting in there, MTV's main concern would be whether or not the camera man caught it on tape.
