Hell, they got Malaco to distribute it. They are definitely getting ripped off. Those guys are notorious for not having the best interest of the artist.

Domestic violence is a really serious issue. It is alive and thriving not only in the secular world but also in the church.

Gospel singer BeBe Winans was arrested on domestic violence charges. He is also a television host judge on the popular show BET'S "Sunday Best." According to the SmokingGun.com the gospel singer had a "verbal altercation" with his ex-wife on February 13, 2009 pertaining to custody issues dealing with their children.

It was allegedly reported that Mr. Winans shoved her to the ground. On March 11, 2009 Mr. Winans was arrested on misdemeanor domestic assault charges. Winans was held at the Davidson County jail in Nashville. He was released after posting a $1,000 bond.

Patti Webster is Mr. Winans publicist. She released a statement on March 13, 2009 regarding the arrest of Mr. Winans stating that the dispute basically started over the desire of him wanting to spend time with his children as the court had ordered him to. This statement can be found on Blackvoices.com.

BeBe Winans is a Grammy-Award winning gospel singer and has obtained success by singer with his sister CeCe Winans. The two has reunited and have been recording a comeback CD according to Rushmore.com. They are the brother and sister of the famous gospel group the Winans.

The world has been watching the saga unfold as another couple deals with domestic violence. Chris Brown and Rihanna drama has been posted all over the television, radio and Internet. On February 8, 2009 Chris Brown turned himself into the Los Angeles Police Department. He was booked on domestic violence felony battery and also for criminal threats. Brown was being held on a $50,000 bail. He has since been released and the two has been reported as being seen together.

Televangelist Juanita Bynum and Bishop Thomas Weeks also found their way into the domestic violence web in 2007. According to Foxnews.com Prophetess Bynum claims Bishop Weeks chocked, pushed and stomped her in a hotel parking lot after an August 21,2007 meeting in which the couple had gone there to try to reconcile. Bishop Weeks is now serving three years probation for this incident. The two did not reconcile.

Does that make BeBe an EX-Christian? confused

There was a thread a few months ago about BeBe's legal problems with his ex-wife. And I also recalled that he was also suppose to be (maybe not anymore?) one of those Christians on a down low, never mind that The Winan Family as a whole are a little homophobic.

A stupid man’s report of what a clever man says can never be accurate, because he unconciously translates what he hears into something he can understand.
