Not just from Dr. murray but at least one other person, the nurse who's been quoted as giving an account of her conversation where Michael complained of both being hot and cold at the same time.
Did it just not occur to him at all what the hell he was asking for? That he be surgically sedated and did it never occur to him that it could be dangerous? Michael could not be so innocent to have never thought of the dangers. It is against the law ask Dr. Jack Kevorikian. He had people ask him for things that both the doctor and the patient KNEW would cause their death. I am sure he had advidavits and sighed documents from the patients acknowleding that the treatment WOULD result in death. Dr. Jack still served several years in jail. If a man ASKED you to shoot him and you did, should that exonerate you because "after all, the man asked for it." "Remember, one man's filler is another man's killer" -- Haystack

yeah, this all seem so weird...
do you really feel rested after taking propofol? I am not what kind of "sleep" you would get. I remember learning that certain phases of sleep contributed to that restful feeling you get after a good night sleep. That certain drugs and alcohol will interrupt the phases of sleep and your sleep may not be a restorative type. So, I wonder what kind of sleep comes with sedation... Now I will have to ask the next patient that I give propofol to what type of sleep/rest did he obtain from the propofol "Remember, one man's filler is another man's killer" -- Haystack
