He is just standing there no dancing etc. And his voice is very weak and thin if you compare the voice to 82-93.
He has lost a lot of vocal power. Let´s see Prince now perform Baby I´m a star with the same power as in the early 80´s impossible for him!!! But this is normal he is getting older he is over 50 and the voice normally is the strongest between 30-40 by a man.It ´s normal that he lost power but for you to say he is getting better and better is just plain false.

So many very very weak performances these days for example Crimson on Ellen and Feel good on Jay Leno-very weak not even top 1000 of the greatest performances ever. He has lost a lot of his stage presence too.The exitement is gone when he performance on TV nothing spezial anymore.He will never be in the league of the big guys like Elvis, Sinatra etc. LOL imagine Elvis going to a small TV show like Ellen and perform there-a big star cannot do this.

Sananda not in his league?? LOL as prince is playing right now in a high league anyway.Prince nowdays has lost a lot of his magic in the 80s he was mysterious-magic now he is just a normal. So many TV performances and bad vocal concert performances (think of LA Big Screen-Life of the Party-just horrible song and voice)that are weak it will hurt his legacy big time.
Elvis had bad concerts from 75 but they were never filmed-Marvin was wonderful till the end I really hope his voice will get better.

I think what Prince is better at now is keeping the energy going through a show. When I saw him in 84, 88, 92, there were some dull moments. The Musicology show really didn't have a single dull moment even though he wasn't jumping off the monitors into the splits. He has arranged the show in a fashion where he doesn't have to be the sole source of energy (since he can't be anymore).
