he needs to shut the fuck up already. He only shows his ignorance when he speaks and makes an ass out of himself on these interviews he's been doing. U KNOW they're laughing about his ass when he leaves the studio.

They're probably sitting around going "that crazy bug-eyed mothafucka was MJ's daddy?!"

Yes, Joe was that bad IMO. Any amount of mental of physical abuse is way, way too much.

I can't get with the justification that it was okay for Joe to smack his kids around because it was common. Just because everybody's doing it, doesn't make it right. And that he did it to drive them as performers is abhorrent. Without it we may not have had the J5 or any of their solo work, but the world might have had 9 happy, well adjusted individuals. Think about that.

Besides the abuse he inflicted on his kids, he is an opportunist who is looking (just like the rest of the Jackson clan) as much money as he can from Michael's death. Gold-diggers, the lot of them! mad

Okay, other than whipping his kids for fuckin up on dance moves when they were young, I think people are only bitter towards Joe because of Michael's feelings towards him. Ive never really heard any of the other brothers or sisters expressing those same feelings towards. We how sensitive and soft MJ was, and we know that he pushed away everybody who told him what he need to hear to help me.

At the red carpet for the BET Awards, the media wanna act like he was shamelessly promoting his new label and artists, when he was just answering a question a reporter asked him about what hes been up to.

It sounds to me that Joe wanted what was best for Michael. I think Joe said that last time he spoke to Michael was shortly before he died, Michael negotiating some kind of a deal with some industry people and Joe showed up just to make sure MJ wasnt being taken advantage of - and now recently Latoya has come out sayin that she feels Michael was forced into do those 50 concerts.

Why does everybody hate Joe?

1. With his brand of discipline, sometimes Joseph went a little too far back in the days. All of the Jackson siblings feared him because of this. And although Michael definitely received the worst of Joseph's verbal abuse, Marlon still holds the all-time record for most number of spankings/whippings from Joseph (half of the times were because Marlon kept messing up on the dance moves).

2. Joseph and Katherine holds the importance of family unity above anything else. But sometimes, Joseph takes this to extreme as well. With the exception of Michael, Janet, Marlon, and (until recently) Rebbie, all of The Jackson siblings and most of their own immediate families live in the same house and or compound as Joseph and Katherine!

Oops, you're right! Marlon moved out right after The Victory Tour. And he didn't have any part of The Jacksons' final album 2300 Jackson Street neither.

Now that I think about it, Jackie don't live at Hayvenhurst either and he and Rebbie damn near 60!

Tito don't live in Hayvenhurst either. Jermaine has had homes outside of Hayvenhurst. Who knows about Randy. I know La Toya has her own residence in Las Vegas and Joe & Katie reportedly live in separate homes in Las Vegas. Katherine is the one who resides mainly in Hayvenhurst.

Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, LaToya, & Randy are STILL occasional residents of that compound.

Wait a second. eek If Marlon moved out in 1975, then why were all of The Jacksons Boys (except for Jermaine who was living with his 1st wife Hazel) still traveling together back and forth from the compound during the CBS Records years?!?

Because Marlon was still connected to him as member of the Jacksons. He didn't leave the group until 1985. The Jacksons left Joe's management in 1981.

1. We can all agree that LaToya is NEVER moving out of that compound! nod
lol

2. On a serious note, Joseph almost cried during the TV One interview. A grown man can only hold back tears for so long.
sad Instead of people wasting their time hating the old man, they need to thank him and Katherine for allowing all of their children (including LaToya, yeah I said it!) to entertain us for last 4 decades. cool
