Why haven't they buried Michael Jackson yet?

I have got a lot emails by people wondering why they have not buried
Michael Jackson yet? I think I have figured out the big mystery so here it is...

They are afraid of being cited by the EPA for polluting the ground which could filter down to things such as groundwater and underground springs.
They really don't need another Super Fund site. You know, with all those chemicals in his body it could be another Three Mile Island or Chernobyl.
