Probably pointless around here, but Automatic vs. Automatic showdown! Automatic by Prince?
vs. Automatic by the Pointer Sisters? and since Prince is a big douche and won't let people put his videos on youtube, I'll give the Pointers a slight edge by posting their version. god, I love that. that shit is HOT | |

My vote: Pointer Sisters
I love Prince's song too but I've always considered it dance remix versus an actual song. It's greatness is it's simplicity but the Pointer Sister's song is a fully realized masterpiece. Space for sale... | |

Love em both but Prince gets a slight egde. While PS's Automatic is just cool 80's funky fun that I love, I feel like I'm on a trip with Prince's Automatic and I just love where the song goes. Can't deny that both these songs still kick ass. I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that | |
