I always thought this version was much better then the Jacksons version. Their version is so demo like and plodding. Not bad, but a real wasted opputunity. You can tell Mike probably didn't care about it as he woulda built it up alot more if he had cared.
Anyway, the song is better as a female/male sparring anyway. Love the performance aswell. Though MJ was not at live aid (along with some other big name black artists who were also oddly absent?) at least he did have a song he co-wrote become one of the highlights of the show. | |
